Özet

Cervical spinal cord compression due to brucellar epidural abscess is extremely rare, with only 13 previously reported cases. We present another case of cervical spinal epidural abscess causing spinal cord compression. Diagnostic tools and treatment options are discussed. (C) 2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
