A k-nacci sequence in a finite group is a sequence of group elements x(0), x(1), x(2), ... x(n), ... for which, given an initial (seed) set x(0), x(1), x(2), ... , x(j-1), each element is defined by x(n) = {x(0)x(1) ... x(n-1) for j <= n < k. x(n-k) x(n-k+1) ... x(n-)1 for n >= k. In this paper, we examine the periods of the k-nacci sequences in Miller's generalization of the polyhedral groups < 2,2 vertical bar 2;q > < n,2 vertical bar 2;q > < 2,n vertical bar 2;q > < 2,2 vertical bar n;q > for any n > 2.
