Özet

The aim of this study is to reveal global trends, research focuses, and academic contributions emerging in the context of the integration of digitalization and artificial intelligence into elder care. The data consist of scientific publications indexed in Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus. The study used bibliometric analysis to analyze the distribution of publications by year, citations, and key words. Findings reveal that AI, machine learning, care robots, and assistive technologies offer solutions to aging challenges, improving care but also raising concerns about cost, privacy, and dependency. The study provides guidance for future research that critically examines the impact of digitalization on autonomy and well-being in elder care.
