Özet

Folklore documents, which exist in the memory of communities, are compiled, examined and published by amateur and professional researchers. These documents are sometimes used in various fields of the fine arts including written literature. Some poets and writers, who are representatives of written literature, put the folklore product to use either in its original form or in changed form. Abdullah Tuqay is one of those poets who make use of the genres of folk literature, which is a sub-branch of folklore.
