Özet

Learning Objects (LO) is one of the emerging innovations in the field of instructional technology. However, as it is the case for all other new technologies, its technological attributes shadows it pedagogical promises. Studies conducted on LO have indicated that the main emphasis in the literature has been put on its philosophy, its categorization and technical and visual specifications.
