Özet

A review of the Palaearctic genus Epiphanops Reitter, 1895 (Coleoptera: Curculionidae: Entiminae) is presented. Epiphanops dohrni (Faust, 1886) is resurrected from synonymy with E. persicus (Chevrolat, 1879). A new subspecies E. dohrni margaritae Davidian & G & uuml;ltekin L. ssp. nov. is described from the Arax River basin in Azerbaijan and Turkey. The male of E. talamellii Bia & lstrok;ooki, 2008 is described herein for the first time. Morphological taxonomic characters are digitally illustrated, a key to the species and new distributional data are presented.
