Özet

In this study, the effects of various bacterial isolates on the metal contents of soils were investigated. In the research; thirteen different isolates of bacteria and soil samples taken from agricultural soils exposed to chimney smoke were used in the cement factory. The study was conducted in 2 stages. In the first step, 13 different bacterial isolates were grafted into Nutrient Broth media containing 8 heavy metals (Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Al, Ni, Cd and Pb) and metal absorption capacities were determined by the bacteria after 2 hours of incubation. In the second step Staphylococcus cohnii, Sphingobium yanoikuyae, Vibrio hollisae, Xanthobacter flavus, Acinetobacter lwoffi isolates were grafted to the soil samples taken from the cement factory in the stage I. The absorption capacities of the bacteria were determined after 6 weeks of incubation. According to the results of the study, S. cohnii has the highest absorbsion capacity of Pb metal in the soil, S. Yanoikuyae, V. Hollisae, X. Flavus and A. lwoffi have the highest absorbsion capacity of Al metal in the soil. The results show that the use of bacteria obtained from this study for bioremediation studies of metal containing soils will contribute greatly.
