SEMPTOMATİK KÖK GELİŞİMİ TAMAMLANMIŞ GENÇ DAİMİ DİŞİN BİODENTİNE®  İLE KORONAL PULPOTOMİSİ: BİR OLGU SUNUMU

 

 

GİRİŞ

 

Pulpotomi, vital pulpaya sahip dişlerin çürük ya da travma sonucu pulpasının açığa çıkması durumunda matür ve immatür genç daimi dişlerde uygulanılabilen bir tedavi yöntemidir. Bu olgu sunumunda amacımız, kök ucu kapalı olan genç daimi dişin enfekte koronal pulpasının tamamen kaldırılması sonucunda kalan sağlıklı radiküler pulpanın vitalitesinin devam etmesini sağlamaktır

 

OLGU SUNUMU

 

11 yaşındaki erkek hasta alt sağ sürekli 1.azı dişinde gece ağrısı şikayeti ile başvurdu. Yapılan ağız içi ve radyografik muayene sonucunda çürüğün pulpa dokusuna yakın olduğu, kök gelişiminin tamamlandığı, periapikal dokuda lezyon olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Çürük dokusu temizlendikten sonra perforasyona bağlı kanama durdurulamadığı için dişe biodentine ile koronal pulpotomi ardından paslanmaz çelik kuron yapılmasına karar verildi. 5 aylık takip sonucunda dişin asemptomatik olduğu gözlendi.

 

TARTIŞMA

 

 Koronal pulpotomi tedavisi özellikle immatür ve matür genç daimi dişlerde başarıyla kullanılan bir tedavi yöntemidir. Kanal tedavisine dayanamayacak çocuk hastalarda diş çekimine alternatif olarak tercih edilmektedir.

 

SONUÇ

 

Semptomatik, kök gelişimi tamamlanmış genç daimi dişlerde gerekli kriterleri sağlayan vakalar seçildiğinde biodentine gibi biyouyumlu materyallerle yapılan pulpotomi tedavisinin ardından sızdırmaz materyallerle restorasyon yapılmasının başarılı olduğu görülmüştür.

CORONAL PULPOTOMY WITH BIODENTINE ®  OF A SYPTOMATIC YOUNG MATUR PERMANENT TOOTH: A CASE REPORT

 

ABSTRACT

 

Pulpotomy is a treatment method that can be applied to mature and immature young permanent teeth in the event that the pulp of teeth with vital pulp is exposed as a result of caries. In this case report, our goal is to ensure that the vitality of the healthy radicular pulp remains as a result of the complete removal of the infected coronal pulp of the young permanent tooth of which root tip is closed.

 

 

CASE REPORT

 

An 11 years old male patient complaining of night pain in the tooth number 46. As a result of intraoral and radiographic examination, it was determined that the caries was close to the pulp tissue, that the root development was completed, that there were no lesions in the periapical tissue. After removing the caries tissue, it was decided to make a stainless steel crown after coronal pulpotomy with Biodentine® on the tooth, as the bleeding due to perforation could not be stopped. As a result of 5 months of follow up, the tooth was asymptomatic.

 

DISCUSSİON

 

Coronal pulpotomy treatment is a treatment method that is used successfully, especially for immature and mature young permanent teeth.

 

CONCLUSION

 

After pulpotomy treatment with biocompatible materials such as biodentine, restoration with impermeable materials was successful when cases that met the necessary criteria were selected in young permanent teeth with symptomatic, root development completed.
