Spor Dallarına Göre İzokinetik Yorgunluk İndeksi Farklılıklarının Karşılaştırılması

Özet

The aim of the study is to compare the isokinetic fatigue indexes of the athletes who continue their active sports lives in different sports branches. A total of 30 athletes who continue their active sports lives in football, basketball, and volleyball branches participated in the research. The fatigue indexes of the athletes participating in the research were calculated by performing 15 repetitions at 180o m/s and 25 repetitions at 240o m/s angular speed. In order to determine the fatigue index of the athletes, the percentage difference in the angular velocities in the first 3 repetitions and the last 3 repetitions total work levels was used. The isokinetic measurements of the athletes were taken on 2 different days. The dynamometer and device were calibrated before isokinetic measurements were performed. Considering the physical characteristics of the athletes, the dynamometer parts were fixed appropriately. Before the measurements, information about the device and the test was given, and during the measurements, the athletes were asked to perform the test with full performance by giving external stimulus. SPSS v26 program was used in the analysis of the data, and the statistical significance was accepted as .05. According to the results obtained from the study, it was determined that there were significant differences between isokinetic fatigue indices. It was determined that the athletes showed different fatigue indexes according to their branchial characteristics. It can be said that the fatigue indexes of different sports branches have different dimensions and each sport branch should be evaluated according to its own characteristics.
