The aim of this study was to provide more effective teaching of the unit "Electricity in our lives" to the 8th grade middle school students with visual impairment. The needs of these students were identified in order to design the activity. Their general and special needs were also taken into account. The effect of the activity on their conceptual learning was investigated. Qualitative approach was employed as the research strategy and carried out as a case study. Participants of the study was consisted of seven visually impaired students. It is find out that the activity has a positive effect on students' conceptual learning.
