Bu çalışma bir kamu hastanesinde çalışan hemşirelerin hemşirelik sürecine ilişkin bilgi düzeylerinin ve hemşirelik sürecini kullanmalarını etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı desende gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmanın verileri bir kamu hastanesinde çalışan hemşirelerden elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini bu hastanede görev yapan 95 hemşire, örneklemini ise araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 90 hemşire oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri “Görüşme Formu” eşliğinde toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde yüzdelik ve frekans testi kullanılmıştır. Hemşirelerin, hemşirelik sürecine ilişkin donanımlarının orta düzeyde olduğu; donanım eksiklikleri ve iş yüklerinin hemşirelik süreci sistematiğinin kullanımında güçlüklere neden olduğu saptanmıştır.
In this study, it was aimed to determine the knowledge of nurses working in a public hospital regarding the nursing process and the factors affecting their use of nursing process. The data of this descriptive study were obtained from nurses working in a public hospital. The population of the study consisted of 95 nurses working in this hospital, and the sample consisted of 90 nurses who agreed to participate in the research. The research data were collected with the "Interview Form". In the evaluation of the data, the percentages and frequency test was used. It was found that the nurses' level of knowledge on the nursing process was moderate; and this inadequate knowledge and excessive workload were found to cause difficulties in the use of the nursing process systematically.
