I am pleased to share my new book, "Judicial Control of Public Administration in Latin America," published by Editorial Jurídica International. The book is based on my doctoral research and offers a comparative analysis of the mechanisms through which courts across Latin America review and oversee the acts of public administration, with particular attention to their implications for the rule of law and the protection of individual rights.
