Özet

Apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a phenotypic variant of nonobstructive HCM in which hypertrophy of the myocardium predominantly involves the left ventricular apex. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in patients is associated with the risk for sudden death, heart failure, and peripheral thromboembolism [1-3].
