Özet
The L-31, L-3 alpha, L-3 beta, L-2 beta, L-2 gamma, L-1 beta,L- L-1 gamma, L-beta, L-gamma, L-1x, L-2x, and L-3x X-ray production cross-sections in Tl, Pb and Bi have been measured at 59.5 keV. The L X-rays are resolved with a new analytical method. The results are compared with the theoretical calculations using the most reliable theoretical values of L-i (i = 1, 2, 3) subshell photoionisation cross-sections, fluorescence yields, X-ray emission rates and Coster-Kronig transition probabilities. The results in the present paper are found to be in good agreement with calculated values. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
