The growth concept is used for all countries with different income levels and shows the increase in national income. The concept of development refers to the improvement in living conditions in underdeveloped and developing countries. One of the most significant economic growth and development factors is human capital. Education and health are the main items that make up human capital. The negativities in education and health services make immigration attractive. International Migration Organization (IOM) migration is “The movement of population in which a person or group of people, regardless of duration, nature or cause, moves across an international border or within a state. This includes the migration of refugees, displaced persons, economic migrants, and people moving for different purposes such as family reunification”. The concept of migration, which is expressed as a population movement, brings along socio-cultural and economic changes. One of the reasons for migration is the lack of health opportunities. This is followed by the inadequacy of educational opportunities and social opportunities. When both national and international migration movements are evaluated, it is seen that migration is concentrated in high-income regions or countries. In the study, the reasons for migration in selected countries, the economic structure of the country, and the relationship between education and health services will be investigated.
