Özet

Esophageal duplication cyst is one of the rare cystic lesions of the mediastinum. Preoperative diagnosis is often difficult as the symptoms are non-specific, may be missed, and may be confused with other cysts of the mediastinum. We report a 52-year-old male case of esophageal duplication cyst mimicking a giant hydatid cyst.
