Bu çalışmada, hadis rivayet zincirinin ilk halkası olan ashâb-ı kirâmdan Muğîre b.
Şu'be'nin hayatı ve rivayetleri ele alınmıştır. Bu çerçevede, hayatı yanında Kütüb-i Tis'a'daki
rivayetleri ve bunların konuları tesbit edilmiştir.
Çalışma giriş ve iki kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Girişte ana hatlarıyla sahâbe ve hadis
rivayetinden bahsedilmektedir. Ardından öncelikle Muğîre b. Şu'be'nin hayatına ilaveten
hakkındaki bazı iddiaların değerlendirilmesine yer verilmiştir. İkinci kısmda ise hadis
ilmindeki yeri başlığı altında ravileri ve rivayetleri incelenmiştir.
Muğire b. Şu'be'nin gibi bir şahsiyetin daha iyi tanınmasına katkı sağlaması
çalışmanın hedefidir.
This study deals with the life and narrations of the distinguished Sahabah Mughira
ibn Shu’ba, who forms the first ring of a Hadith narration chain. In this context, with the use
of the nine canonical collections, Mughira ibn Shu’ba’s narrations and its subjects were
determined and identified.
The study constitutes of two sections and an introduction. The introduction touches
upon the Sahabah and Hadith tradition in general. Section one, in addition to his life,
provides an evaluation of some claims made against him. Section two, under the title of his
position in the Science of Hadith sees an examination of his narrators and narrated
traditions.
Promoting a better recognition of a unique personality that is Mughira ibn Shu’ba, is
the aim of this study.
