Supply chain management is the planning, implementation and control of the process from the procurement of a product or service through to its distribution and delivery to the end consumer. Basically, supply chain management focuses on optimizing the processes between a company's suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, transporters and end users. Many different problems can arise when planning processes. Although the most important goal of companies is to maximize profits, conflicts of objectives can arise within the processes. In real problems, it is not possible to maximize all these goals at the same time. Companies must choose the most appropriate decision model to achieve these goals. In this direction, the study aims to use the technique of lexiographic goal programming to achieve the set goals in a company used as an e-commerce distribution warehouse and successfully find a suitable solution. The developed model was solved using GAMS computer software and it was found that an appropriate solution was achieved.
