Özet

In this study, lead oxide-reduced graphene oxide (PbO-rGO) nanocomposites have been prepared with a new electrochemical process, based on co-deposition from the same solution on indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode. SEM, XPS, EDS and UV-visible spectroscopy techniques were employed to analyze the morphological, structural, and optical characteristics of the composite materials. Uniform and rapid photocurrent responses (similar to 157 mu A cm(-2)) were observed due to the rapid charge transport in the composite material and the single crystalline structure of PbO-ERGO.
