Özet:
This study aims to examine the challenges facing international student beneficiaries of the YTB Scholarship academic, language, socio-cultural, economic, accommodation). Method: In this study, we used the descriptive survey model, a quantitative method of analysis, in this review. The sample population is made up of 250 foreign undergraduates, graduate and doctorate students studying at Atatürk University. The data collected during the research was transferred to the computing environment, and the data analysis was carried out using the statistic packace program. Findings: Based on the statistical review of the problems faced by international students studying at Atatürk University in the year 2019-2020 under the YTB scholarship grant (academic, language, social, cultural, economic, accommodation and personal), the variables are statistically significantly different; length of stay in Turkey, marital status, education and a monthly stipend. It is shown that there is no statistically relevant difference considering the accommodation issues of the students involved in this study according to the place of residence. Result: Based on the review and results obtained in this report, it was determined that the academic, linguistic, economic, socio-cultural and personal problems faced by international YTB scholarship recipients who are studying at a state university.
