In the collection of the data, "Personal Data Form", "Ağrı Vizuel Analog Scale (Ağrı-VAS)", "Anxiety Vizuel Analog Scale (Anxiety-VAS)" and "Richmond Agitation and Sedation Scale (RASS)" were used. Chi-Square was used in the analysis of the data, t test in independent groups and ANOVA was used in repetitive measurements Results: The decrease in pain, anxiety, agitation and sedation levels of the patients in the experimental group was statistically significant (p 0.05). It was determined that music therapy application had a significant and wide effect on 70.4% of patients' pain, 64.6% of anxiety and 72.2% of their agitation and sedation. Conclusion: In the research, it was found that music therapy reduced the pain, anxiety, agitation and sedation levels of patients with coronary angiography with a wide effect.
