Assoc. Prof. Bilal NİŞANCI

Bilal Nişancı was born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1983 and obtained his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree from the Department of Chemistry at Atatürk University in 2005 and 2008, respectively. During his Ph.D. he has worked with Prof. De LUCHHI ( Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Venice, Italy) in 2010 for 1 month and by the help of TUBITAK 2214 program he has made predoctoral research with Prof. Bela TOROK at  Department of Chemistry, University of Massachusetts Boston, Boston, Massachusetts between the dates March 2012-March 2013 (1 yaear). At 2014 he worked with Prof. Giulia Licini (Department of Chemical Sciences, University of Padova, Padova, Italy) for 3 months by the help of TUBITAK-COST Action. He received his Ph.D. under the supervision of Professor Arif Daştan at Ataturk University in 2015. In July 2015, he was appointed as Assistant Professor at Atatürk University.  He has been working  at Ataturk University Faculty of Science, Department of Chemistry since August 2020.
