Biography
Kazem Alirezalu is presently
working at the Department of Food Engineering within the Faculty of Agriculture
at Atatürk University. His research focuses on enhancing the
safety of meat and meat products through the application of natural
preservatives and novel packaging. Additionally, he explores the elimination of
allergens and the detoxification of food mycotoxins using innovative
technologies.
