Biography
He was born in 1966 in Tarsus. He completed primary, secondary and high school in Adana. In 1993, he graduated from the Department of Traditional Turkish Handcrafts at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. During his university years Tahsin AYKUTALP, Professor Dr. Aydın UĞURLU and Assoc. He took lessons from Latif TARAŞLI. Between 1995 and 1999, he worked as the Creation Supervisor and Color Section Chief in the private sector. In 1999, he became a research assistant at Atatürk University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Traditional Turkish Handicrafts. In 2007, he completed his Master's thesis on Yeri The Place of Miniature in Azerbaijan Weaving Art ”. The artist has participated in many exhibitions in Turkey and abroad.
