Biography
I was born in 1961 in the town of Pasinler in Erzurum. I completed the primary, secondary and high school education in Erzurum. I graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Food Engineering in 1984. In 1985, I was appointed as Research Assistant to Atatürk University Food Engineering Department. I started my MS in 1984 and completed my MS studies in 1986. I completed my Ph.D. thesis in 1990. In 1994 I became an Associate Professor in 2000.
I am married and father of four children
